missing bars on futures gold chart

Hi,
I have following problems:
I am using Sierra chart 3 for futures charts. On gold chart there are missing bars for the whole period between 26th of November 2015 and 28th of January 2016 for intraday chart. First I was trying to use delete and download data again, but it doesn’t work. Then I contacted AMP to solve the problem, but it doesn't help. The guy from support desk told me that I should contact directly to you. If I am using SC on diffrent computer everything is fine. Please check the attachment so you will see how does it look.

After removing Trade Activity log, there appears again window from Trade Service Log:
CQG FIX Trading | CQG User message | Info: Data is available again. | Source: Web API Server | 2017-01-16 13:41:42 *

Before deleting Trade Activity Log, I lost my trades history from January.
