Rithmic via optimus but I assume the backfill comes from SC?

That error message is related to when downloading historical data from the Rithmic system.

Your account is set to use the Sierra Chart historical data always when using Rithmic. There could be a problem with the Symbol Settings.

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

And re-download the data again by following these instructions:

Just to clarify I didn't change anything my self, it started after upgrading from 1309 to 1366.
Looking in Global Symbol Settings I see that service is set to "Rithmic Trading".
Do I need to press "Update From Server" with that setting or change to "SC Data - All Services" like in the pic in the link you gave me?


* update: I kept Rithmic Trading and pressed Update From Server. that seems to fix the backfill.
