Hello Sierrachart, I have a lot of issues with the datafeed for mainly calendar spreads. eg Most of the calendar spreads on WTI function but none of the Brent would come up. I always get the same notification that the download has failed. This would also be the case for other commodities were spreads for some months do come up but others don`t. Another issue I would have is that, also for some oil futures charts, when I select a daily chart, I have the most updated price. When I change to a higher time frame, eg 10 minutes or 1 hour, I only have prices up till a couple of months ago. In one instance when changing to the higher timeframe I had the price up till 28-11-2015. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. Kind regards, Jens |

Let's focus on one issue at a time. We are suspecting you are using the Easy Screen data feed. The historical data for the spreads is very limited and that will not change because data collection only began about two months ago. In general our ability to solve any issues with spreads is going to be limited if at all. We just need to make that clear. We are not the provider of the data feed, Sierra Chart in this particular case is only the software which works with the data feed. So pick one particular data issue, let us know the symbol, describe the issue, and provide an image of the chart following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. What specific symbols for the Brent Crude Oil Calendar Spreads are you not getting data for? We had a look at those now and we do see the data for them. At least the ones which are trading. Also to increase the amount of historical data for non-spread charts, use the Continuous Futures Contract feature: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
