Let's focus on one issue at a time. We are suspecting you are using the Easy Screen data feed. The historical data for the spreads is very limited and that will not change because data collection only began about two months ago. In general our ability to solve any issues with spreads is going to be limited if at all. We just need to make that clear. We are not the provider of the data feed, Sierra Chart in this particular case is only the software which works with the data feed.
