Lagging DOM Graph

I am using Infinity/TransAct trial and have Dom Graph on Chart. I have noticed that the DOM graph doesn't update as fast as the broker DOM. Problem is particularly acute with the inside bid/offer and especially when it gets to a low volume on the DOM graph. E.g. see attached screenshot showing 4 contracts best bid on the chart DOM vs 49 contracts best bid on the broker DOM. I would rather use the chart DOM so I don't have to keep cross-referencing the broker DOM, however it's disconcerting to see such disparities. I have tried the various solutions here to no avail: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails4.html I changed chart update from 500ms to 100ms and makes no difference. In fact the lag seems worse in a slow market. It seems that the chart DOM only updates when there is an actual trade, not just when the quotes change. Is that possible? Is there any way to improve the responsiveness of the chart DOM? |
