Hi, in new versions zero (empty) columns are listed in spreadsheets (Spreadsheet system for trading). This completely changed/spoiled behaviour of the system since columns are shifted!
I have Draw zero values set to "NO".

Actually, only downgrade back to version 983 helped. There it behaves as expected. Please, how do I upgrade to newer versions without having to change all my spreadsheets?

We are not 100 percent clear what you are referring to. We are testing the outputting of studies to the Spreadsheet and it is all as expected.

Maybe you can provide an image of the Spreadsheet precisely showing us what you are referring to. Here are the instructions:

Unless you have your own imaging software, you will need to take a desktop image using the image capture in Sierra Chart.

Set Do Not Output Subgraphs Set to Ignore Spreadsheet study input to Yes. If we understanding this correctly, this should resolve the problem.

This was done already.

I found out more about the problem, this should help:
-- number of formula columns is set to 40 (YM ss study, see image). It means that the last formula column should be AX. Columns K to AX also used to be listed in subgraphs settings window. In new version, there are also columns AY-BR. These are set by default to Draw style "Line". This is why new bunch of columns with zeros appeared in Spreadsheet system for trading.

We now understand. So if you set the Draw Style for each of the additional 20 Subgraphs to Ignore, does this resolve the problem?

Well, it would fix the problem. I dont see it as a solution -- what are these 20 additional subgraphs there for? Should I expect to find another 100 of them next time I upgrade? It is not standard at all, I spent two days trying to find what is wrong; trading system down and only luckily it didnt execute any unwanted trade.
It is something which will be fixed in the future? I would wait for the patch then.

We do apologize for this. It was completely unexpected. It was not something we had thought of when we increased the number of subgraphs to 60.

We just want to confirm our understanding of the problem and how it is affecting your particular configuration. We are working on resolving this right now and we are going to have a new release out later today which when upgraded to, will automatically set these additional subgraphs to Ignore.

Once again, we apologize for this. We understand how you spent a lot of time on it. Next time just ask us about it earlier, because we did quickly recognize there was an issue we needed to look into.

Thank you. Fine. I will wait for new release. I am surprised that no one else experienced this problem so far.

Probably because most users do not have multiple Spreadsheet studies on the chart which are also outputted to other Spreadsheets.
