We do apologize for this. It was completely unexpected. It was not something we had thought of when we increased the number of subgraphs to 60. We just want to confirm our understanding of the problem and how it is affecting your particular configuration. We are working on resolving this right now and we are going to have a new release out later today which when upgraded to, will automatically set these additional subgraphs to Ignore. Once again, we apologize for this. We understand how you spent a lot of time on it. Next time just ask us about it earlier, because we did quickly recognize there was an issue we needed to look into.
