Unable to even start trial if i cant get a question asked

So far the we dont charge enough to offer any kind of support is just BS. Amazing NT can do it; BUt i am willing to pay, and i cant ever get my Rythmic data up and running, had to ask about the 20 dollar issues, I have an account? is the 20 extra or the cme data fee? how do i go about setting it up. At least offer a email so people can send it direction questions

We have no idea what you are referring to in regards to providing support and 20 USD.

We do not have a policy like that. We always provide basic help even to free trial users. We do want users to use the Support Board as much as possible but we still do answer connection problems through email and Account Support tickets.

What is this 20 USD about? What are you referring to? Is is a Rithmic fee? Certainly not from us.

Your account has been activated and/or reset.

A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
