We have no idea what you are referring to in regards to providing support and 20 USD. We do not have a policy like that. We always provide basic help even to free trial users. We do want users to use the Support Board as much as possible but we still do answer connection problems through email and Account Support tickets. What is this 20 USD about? What are you referring to? Is is a Rithmic fee? Certainly not from us.
