This is not supported in Sierra Chart. It is possible to draw high and low lines across a specified time range by using the High/Low for Time Period study:

anyone come across an indicator to show trading ranges, or potential breakouts/breakdowns like post #1?

@tomgilb, seems like spreadsheet solution works for ranges at specified times, any ideas on how to do so it shows when ranges are formed at anytime on the chart?
