When retrieving data from IB I get the following error: Message from IB: Error validating request:-'yd' : cause - Historical data query end date/time string [49] is invalid. Format is 'YYYYMMDD{SPACE}hh:mm:ss[{SPACE}TMZ]'. IB Error Code: 321. Request ID: 25. \| 2016-01-12 12:10:41 This started after I did a reinstall/restore of sierra chart. When I do a "delete and download data" quotes do come in.

It does cause problems. When you have to download more days, e.g. 5 days, only the current day will download not the previous 4. Also it seems when you force the download with 'delete and download data' sometimes the next day the quotes are gone. And every time this error occurs the connection with IB is broken.

This is very unusual. There is also this message: Message from IB: Error reading request:Message type 5. Unable to parse data. java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "FUT". I'm getting the same. I made my data request from menu >> 'Download Data - Historical Chart'. I only asked for 44 days but the request to IB was for 365 days. On other occaisions when I asked for 44days via >> Download Data - Historical Chart ----- a request for 365 days was made to IB but 44 days returned successfully. On the fail every other open IB chart undergoes an update including intraday. There is a reason why 365 days are requested. It has to do with how the Interactive Brokers system works. Do not be concerned with this.
