Chart DOM - cannot see the price ladder

Hi - Few good issues; perhaps I am doing something wrong - 1. When I add Chart DOM to any chart - I cannot see any prices, let alone the price ladder on the Chart DOM; 2. When I customize it with CHart/Customize Chart DOM or Global Settings/Customize Chart DOM columns - I cannot see add the price to the columns on the right. 3. Also coloring Buy and Sell Columns either through CGS or Global CGS - it does not work. Please help. |

There is no Chart >> Customize Chart DOM. It is also not possible to remove the Price column to begin with. 3. Does not work in what way? I have been trying to resolve this for so long myself. Looks like you need to go to Trade / Customize Chart DOM Columns and start with this USE DEFAULT button first. I did that and was able to add the price ladder. Now the real problem here is - I need to be able to scale it manually (vertically) such that I can see all the price ticks and the way the price ladder occupies the entire right side- I just cannot do it manually. I tried just about every option on the chart/scale options and still it will not open all the ticks for me See chart snapshot below - http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1452047255760.png See how all ticks do not open up on ES.
