I have been trying to resolve this for so long myself. Looks like you need to go to Trade / Customize Chart DOM Columns and start with this USE DEFAULT button first. I did that and was able to add the price ladder. Now the real problem here is - I need to be able to scale it manually (vertically) such that I can see all the price ticks and the way the price ladder occupies the entire right side- I just cannot do it manually. I tried just about every option on the chart/scale options and still it will not open all the ticks for me See chart snapshot below - http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1452047255760.png See how all ticks do not open up on ES.
