Hi;

I have my current grid setting to Line Style Dot and Width 1. The grid shows up on my screen as a bunch of finite dots which is what I want.
Prior to the last software update, I was able to print out my screens and the grid would print correctly, ie a bunch of finite dots. However, after the last software update the grid will only print as continuous black lines. It is not a printer issue, since I print to PDF or image and black continuous lines are printed instead of a dotted grid.
Nothing in my setup has changed other than the software update. Please fix
thanks

This might have something to do with the type of pen being used. There were some changes to improve drawing performance. From what remember, we are no longer using what is called the geometric pen for the gridlines for performance reasons. Otherwise, it hurts drawing performance of charts significantly.

It is not anything that we would change for performance reasons.

Ultimately what you see is going to depend upon how the operating system is drawing the line. It is not something directly controlled by Sierra Chart.
