I've been using Sierra Charts for a few years so I know how it normally works. I've been gone for a few months so today I logged on and needed to roll over my contracts months. I also checked to see if I had the latest version of Sierra Charts. It ran the update in the back ground and finished. Now, I am not able to get any real time data. It starts off ok then after about a minute it just stops. The connection bar is green at the top. I also checked my usage and it says I'm good to 2016-2-1 So... not sure what the problem is... Update: It will connect for a few minutes then stop again, over and over. It seems to be just the data because I am on skype speaking with someone and we are not getting disconnected.

Hello, well yesterday afternoon and evening it seemed to be working. And also it was working before 9:30 this morning. But now for the last hour or so I am not able to get any live data. Everything loads. Charts have candles but no live data and the Dom is empty and price does not move... I have tried to disconnect and reconnect. And I tried a few times to close the whole program and start over but still no live data. Oh great.. I have an update as I am writing this message. On my second monitor off to the side I have a trading Dom open and all of a sudden, just now, after being open for about 10 minutes filled in the data and price is live... sooo I don't know. It's working but not sure for how long. Here is my log. Thank you.
