Hi, Is there functionality to click anywhere on the chart and drag to move it? |

Is there a way to lock the hand tool so it is always on? When I switch to pointer or cross hair it no longer drags the screen and I have to switch back.

Indirectly this can be done. You can set the Chart Values tool to be always on and use it with the Hand tool.
