We cannot reproduce the problem.

Not sure this is related but follow the instructions in help topic 17.1 to run Sierra Chart with safe mode:

See if that solves the problem.

The problem have duplicated or reproduced on any Stop order tick up and Stop order tick down.
I just finished tested this now.
I got the same message everywhere "Message: 32769, wParam: 34327, lParam: 0."
Do you have explanation to "Message: 32769, wParam: 34327, lParam: 0." ?
Meanwhile I'm working on how to run Sierra Chart with safe mode.

We did try using Stop Order Tick Up and Down and still could not reproduce it.

We are not sure this is going to make a difference, but update to the latest "prerelease" following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

Also when you encounter an exception, it indicates something has gone wrong within Sierra Chart and the program may no longer be stable and should be restarted.

I've update to the latest prerelease: SC 1453, but the problem have duplicated or reproduced on any Stop Order Tick Up/Down and even on Target Order Tick Up/Down.
When I encounter an exception, I ASAP exit from SC with File>>Exit then restart computer, but it do not help.
I've worked in help topic 17.1 and 17.7. I am using only Analysis>>Studies and never used Add Custom Study, Build Custom Studies DLL, New/Open Custom Studies File, Hide/Unhide All Studies and Clean Chart. Because I did not run Sierra Chart with safe mode.

We are looking into this. Do you notice the exception when you manually modify the Target or Stop order? Here are instructions to modify an order on the chart:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Modifying and Canceling Orders on the Chart

There is no need to restart your computer. That is completely unnecessary.

I am using paragraph "Adjust trail offset when Modifying Trail Order" but I do not notice the exception and how knowing the exception can help when I click trading keyboard shortcuts to get Stop order tick up and Stop order tick down simultaneously?

Update Sierra Chart to the latest "Prerelease" following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

The version number is going to be the same.

We have added some additional logging.

When you encounter the exception again, copy the last few lines in the Message Log and paste them here.

We now know the reason for the problem and it will be resolved in the next release.

However, what is clear is that there is no Target or Stop order you even have on the chart to begin with and this is why the exception is occurring.

In trading keyboard shortcuts there are :
-Buy Stop Ask +3 ticks and
-Sell Stop Bid -3 ticks.
Is it possible to increase a quantity of ticks more than 3 for both of them?

Sierra Chart Engineering
No, not at this time.
THIS TIME IT IS?
