I just had a mandatory upgrade from 1282 to 1307 for Interactive Brokers Futures, the message being my current version was no longer supported.

Since the upgrade, my mouse Copy button does not function and I have to use Ctrl-C.

I have 2 other installations with V1282 and the mouse copies fine, so it is not a hardware issue.

This could not be a problem within Sierra Chart.

If using Ctrl-C is working properly, then it shows that the Windows copy functionality is working properly.

If there are no known issues, I suspect a faulty installation.

SC started in Free Mode so I thought I had run out of usage time. When prompted to shut down for the installation, I tried to cancel to add credit first. This caused SC to stop working and Windows forced a shutdown. The installer pop-up was still active so I proceeded with the installation.

I would like to try installing a later version with the old spreadsheets, as I suspect this might solve the problem. As I am unable to identify the old spreadsheet versions from the Previous Versions Page, could you kindly advise how I might identify the appropriate link?

This definitely cannot be an issue in Sierra Chart. That would be impossible if Ctrl + C works.

Your Sierra Chart account has usage time on it right now. It expires 2016-01-02.

Here is the link to the latest version with Old Spreadsheets:

We see no reason why this would cause an abnormal shutdown.
