This definitely cannot be an issue in Sierra Chart. That would be impossible if Ctrl + C works. Your Sierra Chart account has usage time on it right now. It expires 2016-01-02. Here is the link to the latest version with Old Spreadsheets: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupPrerelease.exe When prompted to shut down for the installation, I tried to cancel to add credit first. This caused SC to stop working and Windows forced a shutdown. We see no reason why this would cause an abnormal shutdown.
