ICE futures (Russell 2000) not working

Hello support, see above, Russell aint working.. its been quite often, last week.. i had to disconnect and reconnect after the open to get it working, but that aint gonna work today. please advise. thanks, Andreas |

We are checking on this. We see that the ICE US data feed is working properly on both servers. And we do see the request for data with no rejection: Mapping F.US.TFEH16 to RJH16. exactly.. it does load historical data but doesnt come up with real time data.

We apologize. We missed that because we were searching for the wrong symbol. We wondered if that was occurring but did not see it because we looked for the wrong symbol.

We were searching for RJH16 which is the underlying symbol being used but that message uses the CQG symbol. The ICE data feed should now be working for you. Please confirm.
