Error 5 on compiler

I have a cpp study this is my first time using Sierra compiler and I got this error. Is this due to my Windows virus ware? How do i fix?

yesterday i tried to download new version of Sierra got Error 5 again

So you mean you got this error when you selected Help >> Download Current Version?

Yes when i tried to download current version for update I received Error 5.

Please restart/reboot your computer, start Sierra Chart and then select "Help >> Download Current Version".

If after restarting you still have this error, then you need to disable your anti-malware software. And also have the anti-malware software completely exclude the folder that Sierra Chart is installed to.
