Hello, according to your advice I was trying to use Numbers Bars study within the package 3, however the system message was that this package did not support the study. How to proceed? Regards, Richard |

We apologize. We were concentrating on the requirement for historical tick by tick futures data and that requires package 3. You requirement to use Numbers Bars does require service package 5. You can change the service package as explained below. If you would like a refund let us know as well. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".
The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
