On SC 1300
Not sure when this issue began. My SPX500 data ends Oct 13, 14:55. Just noticed it today (so much going on in system).
Had no major restores or file changes. All other files are complete back to July.

I had problems trying to get DOW Indexes Feed via AMP, around August; Never could for 2 months.
I asked them to end the $5/mo charge & remove the DOW index option from my platform profile.

That is the only thing I can think of near mid-October. There may have been a symbol reset run near then too.

Also a message on startup load says "Symbol is Unknown".

Isn't the SPX500 feed via S.C. Feed like other Statistics?
I have disconnected a few times to see if it was a particular server.

You must use your own account to have access to the Forex and CFD data. The last login on your account is 2015-11-06 00:35:14. This is the account you have logged into the Support Board with.

So use that account in Sierra Chart. Here are instructions:

Also after using your own Sierra Chart account, update the Symbol Settings as explained here to make sure you have the up-to-date settings:

That S.C. Account is for a development-intermarket analysis computer (Not used every week).

Is there a way to get SPX500 (& maybe a couple of indexes) fed to the AMP-CQG feed trading PC? (it gets S.C. statistics already somehow)
I thought SPX500 came alongside-with market statistics.

How can we tell (know) when S.C. instance is using both FIX and S.C. feed ?
Is S.C.'s stat feed coming through CQG?

Although AMP is good, I had no luck getting them to get DOW indexes to actually feed. Underlying indexes can be important to compare to futures.

Amp offers good platforms like S.C., so theyd have an interest if an index feed implementation was clarified. (Do you have a How-to page on index feeds?)

Amp's staff seems focused on basics and training, not feeds. Apparently not many ask for Indexes.
Example: DJT- DOW Transports Index helps indicate market direction.

You need to use your own direct Sierra Chart account to get the SPX500. You cannot use a broker provided account.

When you see an [M] after the symbol on the top line of the chart, that indicates the data is coming from one of the Sierra Chart data feeds.

I use Market Stats with AMP/ CQG. Stat charts show an (M) after the symbol.

Above and elsewhere, are you saying that, besides Exchange/Trading Data (Futures in this case) via CQG, that ONLY S.C. Market Stats are available via Brokers' SC account, like AMP/CQG (AMP S.C. package)?

I don't see your CFD data as a feed option. I need SPX500 and couple other CFD indexes (if they are real-time equivalent of Exchange Indexes).

I have used another direct S.C. account which fed SPX500, for a development PC. Do I have to renew that and set it up in the Data Feed Setup as S.C. data to the trading PC, separately?

Yes this is the case.

What you need to do is use your own direct account:

Using that direct account you will be able to access all market data provided by Sierra Chart in a single instance of Sierra Chart.
