I remoted into this person's machine and could not get the connection to come up. I did verify they are using the current version of the Sierra and the Bridge, the same versions as I use without issue. I also disabled Windows Firewall and McAfee and added the bridge as exceptions as well. Do you have any idea why this person cannot connect?

You will need to make sure that McAfee is not blocking Sierra Chart from starting the Bridge. Did you fully disable McAfee? or just the Firewall part of it?

Just the firewall.

The Windows firewall should not be blocking the connection. And there is no need to add any exceptions or rules to the Windows firewall for the bridge.

In our experience there is little doubt that McAfee is the source of the problem and if disabling McAfee does not help and adding a rule to the McAfee firewall to allow the connection does not help, then the only solution is to uninstall McAfee. McAfee is a very troublesome program.

When Sierra Chart is making the connection , do you see the little icon in the status area of the Windows taskbar for the bridge program?
