The Windows firewall should not be blocking the connection. And there is no need to add any exceptions or rules to the Windows firewall for the bridge. In our experience there is little doubt that McAfee is the source of the problem and if disabling McAfee does not help and adding a rule to the McAfee firewall to allow the connection does not help, then the only solution is to uninstall McAfee.
