Can't connect to TopStep T4

Hi
On seemingly random days (three recently) I am unable to get Sierra to connect to T4/TopStepTrader data during the UK morning (from 7am UK time). Often it will work later in the day. The log (below) says to Send for Analysis for help, can you help please?

Clearly the CTS T4 server is available so there is some connectivity problem between Sierra Chart and the CTS T4 server.
