Your account has been activated and/or reset.

A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".

We see you are using the Rithmic trading platform service.

You are not using the correct symbol. For the correct symbols open a chart through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures.

There's no "unlock" prompt when I right click on the bottom right of the chart to set the right side margin

Why is there an "L" on the bottom right corner? Doesn't that mean lock? If so then how do you unlock it?

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
OK that means the right side fill space is locked. Yes you can unlock that with Chart >> Lock Fill Space.

We thought you were referring to the right side Values Scale.

Which type of volume indicator would help me best if i wanted to check if there was enough volume to enter a trade? I'm using the MACD cross and if they're isn't enough volume or momentum the indicators will keep firing off

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
The only thing we can recommend is the "Volume" study.

As far as what is enough volume, you will have to define that.

Hi. How many Sierra accounts do I have? I'm a little confused. Im using TopStep and Infinity brokers and they both use Sierra, but do I need to have a separate Sierra license to trade through their brokerage or no? I'm also using Dorman/rhythmic but i'm gonna close that account. So If I only have one Sierra account and I NEED to have it then awesome, everything is great. But if I'm paying for an extra Sierra account then let me know. thx.

You only need one Sierra Chart account.

You do not need a separate account to trade with Transact/Infinity. You just use your own Sierra Chart account.

We do not know how many Sierra Chart accounts that you have. Do you know?

You only need one to connect to any Data or Trading service.

You can also install multiple copies of Sierra Chart:

You wouldn't be able to check my name or my email address to see if I have multiple accounts? I suppose I can contact the brokers individually to see if I'm paying them for sierra.

Select Global Settings >> Set System Date-Time from Server.

Try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
