Moving accounts from reseller account to standalone acount

We will have a number of people moving from one of your resellers (GreenChart) to their own standalone account without the custom studies available only to GreenChart subscribers. What is the best way to facilitate this move? Do they just need to open a new account and cancel the old? We want to make it as painless as possible for them. |

They will need to create their own direct account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/RegisterStep1.php After this they need to login using their existing installation of Sierra Chart with their new direct Account Name: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Login with a Different Sierra Chart Account Name They then need to remove the studies from the chart they no longer have access to.
