Hello, I wanted to analyze TY market so I tried to download data but... I assume I have the package that includes the data. Can you please check if there is everything OK on your side? Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to "SC Data - All Services". We do not think you want the TY market because that is a pit market and apparently there is no data for it.
