We have not gotten to this yet and it has not been 2 days. The settings for this are controlled through Chart >> Chart Settings. You can adjust the Value Format, Tick Size, and the multipliers. The multipliers are on the 3rd tab.

We have checked the settings For the Barchart Data service for the symbols and they are correct according to the data provided by Barchart.

What you will need to do, is adjust the Multipliers to position the decimal point where you want. This can be done through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2. Here is the documentation for this:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ChartSettings.html#PriceMultiplier

The reason there was a delay with this, because it is an involved process to verify the settings and we also had to update the contract months for these symbols. We also had to do some documentation updates for this.

This is not clear for us.

Please describe how you have the Multipliers set and the Value Format and the Tick Size in Chart >> Chart Settings.

You also need to set the Historical Multiplier to the same value as the Real-time Price Multiplier in the case of an Intraday chart.
