Hi - I just cannot come to connect to the DTS. Just bought the package 5 this morning. Can you pleas help? PS: Getting the below message in the log - CQG FIX: Connecting to fixapi.cqgtrader.com. You are getting the following error: This Trader is not active. Please contact your FCM
The above message means you need to contact your broker/trading service and have them activate your CQG account. And have them enable the SierraChart client application on your CQG account to connect to the CQG Web API. Sierra Chart Support |
