DTS not connecting

Hi -

I just cannot come to connect to the DTS. Just bought the package 5 this morning. Can you pleas help?

You are getting the following error:
This Trader is not active. Please contact your FCM

The above message means you need to contact your broker/trading service and have them activate your CQG account. And have them enable the SierraChart client application on your CQG account to connect to the CQG Web API.
