From the What Is New:
Added rectangle around Date-Time box displayed on the timescale when using the Chart Values tool.

How can i disable this rectangle? It aggravates to seeing the Date-Time.

This does not make any sense. How could it possibly aggravate it. There is no way to disable that and we would never provide such a capability.

In version 1325 it was not properly implemented. This has been solved in version 1328. The version notes are for version 1328.
