Yes. Here's the basic idea:
1) Add the Daily OHLC study and set the Reference Days Back to 1
2) Add another Daily OHLC study and set the Reference Days Back to 0
3) Add the Study Subgraphs Difference study and reference the Close of the first Daily OHLC study and the Open of the second Daily OHLC study
4) Use the Text Display for Study from Chart study to display the value

To display the current day's RTH gap after market close on a Globex chart, you'd need to put studies 1-3 on a RTH chart and study 4 on a globex chart, referencing the RTH chart.

In your chartbook, the gap lines are already drawn. Yesterday's close is orange, today's open is white.

Some things you could do:
-You could fill the difference of these lines with a color.
-You could use the Value On High/Value on Low draw styles and place the gap value on the high or low of every candle.
-You could use the Spreadsheet Study study and with a formula place the value on the high or low of the last bar of each day.

The displayed 3.5 is only today's opening gap; displaying the gap value like this within each day for all days is not possible without custom programming.
