I had a few bad prints from the FXCM data on Ger30 - it had prints @ GMT 22.36 on 30/10 and 04.00 on 2/11. When I tried to rectify this by changing the intraday session times to 07.00 - 21.00 GMT in Chart>Chart Settings it inserted an additional bar with a date of 30/10 and time of 12.51 in the middle of today's data which is still there after I changed it back to 00.00 - 23.59 as it was originally.

Could you confirm how to rectify/reset this and deal with the issue of these rogue prints outside of normal trading hours?

Update - Not sure if it was the best solution but I just deleted and re-downloaded all data which seems to have eliminated the 30/10 print today @ 12.51 but still showing the bad prints outside market hours which is giving incorrect pivots today.

There was some weekend data for GER 30 we had to remove from one of the servers but we do not see this:
I had a few bad prints from the FXCM data on Ger30 - it had prints @ GMT 22.36 on 30/10 and 04.00 on 2/11

Re-download the data again in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

If there still is a problem we need to see an image of the chart.

Done that and those out of hours prints are now gone with the last minute bar at 20.16 GMT on Friday, however on the FXCM Trading Station there are further prints at 20.45 and 20.55 GMT and this contract trades until 21.00 GMT so I'm not sure if there is some data missing.

After re-downloading the data I now have bars from 30/04/2015 whereas before I had 30 days. In chart settings the option for number of days to load is set to 30 so could you confirm how I can show 30 days only on selected charts.

Based upon what you describe only 30 days are loaded in the chart. The data file has more data, but that is not a problem.

I have just logged on and updated the data and there are 2 rogue prints on GER30 at 21.21 and 22.00 GMT last night (02/11). Is the best solution to keep reporting these for you to deal with it on your end or to change the session times for this symbol?

We are seeing how to resolve this.

For now right-click before that data and select Delete and Download Data.

There are 2 odd prints @ 21.00 and 21.03 GMT yesterday for GER30 and 21.00 and 21.06 GMT for Uk100. FRA40 is ok.

Have tried the Delete and Download function but doesn't do anything.

We had looked into this. The problem is FXCM is transmitting data at these times which is causing this. If these are outside of the normal session times, then adjust the Session Times in Chart Settings to filter these out. Refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_SessionTimes.php

We will still see if there is anything we can do.

Ok thats fixed it but these charts will now not be valid for symbols in a linked watchlist trading hours other than Eurex, so was wondering if its possible to set session times for particular instruments rather than the chart.

Yes this can be done through the Global Symbol Settings. Refer to:
