Sierra connect to data feed issue

I was given Sierra Chart login details through Amp (my clearing firm). At the time I was using CQG for data feed. I had input my CQG login details on the platform and was automatically connected after clicking on the Sierra icon on my desktop. I decided to change from CQG to Rithmic. Even after changing the data feed login details from CQG to Ritmic, when I open the platform everyday it still tries to connect to CQG automatically and obviously fails. I then have to go change the data feed login details to Rithmic every time and connect manually. It's like my Sierra login credentials are constantly associated with CQG. I don't understand how to solve this issue.

We can solve this, but we need to know what account you are using.

Log into this support board using the account you have logged into Sierra Chart with. To do that select Help >> Support Board from within Sierra Chart and post a message in this thread again.

Is it going to connect every time automatically with Rithmic once I input the Rithmic login credentials?

Yes. So long as Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Connect on Program Startup is enabled.
