We tested your account and we do not get any notifications for unviewed Tickets.

Since your Sierra Chart accounts will expire in 1 day, you will be getting a message that your usage time is about to expire.

You need to restart Sierra Chart since you have now have purchased additional usage time. That will clear the message.

We hope to make the account status updating automatic before the end of this year so a restart will not be necessary.
