Time line on volume charts appears inaccurate

It appears that on volume charts, a time line is painted on the next bar after the desired time. For example, I had a timeline set for 2230. When I checked the time line as painted, using the chart values crosshair, the time showed as 2238. I believe this incorrect and the timeline should paint at the correct time and not wait to paint on the next volume bar. Essentially, the timeline should paint independently of the volume bars. We do see that the alignment of the Time Line study to the chart bar times is not as it really should be. We will make a change in the next release. We hope though this does not cause any unintended side effects because it is possible there is reason why it is the way it is now.
