It appears that on volume charts, a time line is painted on the next bar after the desired time. For example, I had a timeline set for 2230. When I checked the time line as painted, using the chart values crosshair, the time showed as 2238. I believe this incorrect and the timeline should paint at the correct time and not wait to paint on the next volume bar. Essentially, the timeline should paint independently of the volume bars.
