Reason:
I have been using the same charts for several years and all of a sudden, it comes up as a blank screen and says "downloading historical data" and nothing happens. Then when I try to reload all my charts one by one, it says you need to be on special package to use this study. What study? I've had the same set up now for years and don't know what to do. Nothing is updating - a blank screen.

I have downloaded - and so far have the same problem

downloaded new version and finally have them up - now the font is really small and hard to read. How do I enlarge it to where it used to be.

The size of the various fonts in Sierra Chart can be controlled through Global Settings >> Graphics Settings.
