SC build upgrades do not preserve default *.twconfig files

If one saves settings for something like SimpleBracket.twconfig, they'll be overwritten on a build update. That's the main issue. Additionally, where exactly are per-chart configs for this being stored? In the chartbook? If one updates the default settings it can be extremely tedious to update the associated twconfig for each chart everywhere. |

We will not overwrite these files if they exist. The Trade Window configuration is stored in the Chartbook file. Well I'm saying they've been getting overwritten. This is the second time now I've saved different settings to SimpleBracket.twconfig only to find they've been reverted and the file timestamped the exact same as the other default twconfig files.
