demo to Teletrader not working

I'm a Transact user of SC. I received a demo with account name/log-in to Teletrader. I downloaded a 2nd copy of SC and when I attempt to connect to Teletrader, I get "Your current service package does not support this function, select account control panel to change your package." I asked for an emergency activation of a couple days to check Teletrader out, so don't know what else there is to change. I filled-in under global settings the relevant Teletrader log-in stuff. What do I need to do to activate this demo (before it runs out)? I've been at this all morning to no avail. |

How do you get a symbols list for Teletrader? All I get is symbol not found, etc. |
