Hi at All,
i have a problem with the real time data.
For exemple, i open S&P ( ESZ15) and i can see the rigth data at the time 0 , but then
there is not movement of the data in Real Time. The same for the EuroStoxx50 ( FXZ15 ) nothing upgrade of the data and the connection is ON . How can fix this issue ?
Thanks

For the S&P futures, you activated the wrong exchange. It needs to be the CME Group and not S&P indices. But before you make any changes, do you have a futures trading account? We see you are also using CQG. Are you able to connect to CQG?

For FXZ15, you need to restart Sierra Chart and set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Exchange Data". You will then get real-time data.

You need to set the chart to a Continuous Futures Contract chart by following the instructions here:

Follow the instructions here to Show the Rollover Dates:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#DisplayingRolloverDatesContractMonths

Set the Continuous Futures Contract option to Date Rule Rollover. And not Volume Based Rollover.

If you still notice a problem, follow the instructions here to re-download the data:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading

If you notice a problem, scroll the chart to where there is a problem and follow these instructions to provide an image of the chart:

The last image you posted is not relevant because that only shows the first date-time of the current contract.

Set the chart bars to 480 minutes per bar, and scroll the chart to where you see something wrong.

Let us know what is wrong and post an image of the chart by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

You must also enable Chart >> Show Rollover Dates for us.

That should not make any difference, but if it is working now, this is fine.

Hello , unfortunatly this morning continue to have the same issue with the historical / Real Time data

becouse the FXZ15 doesn't work neither in Real time ( set to SC Exchange Data ) nor in Historical data FXZ15.

Continue Future Contract ---> Date Rule Rollover
Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol: YES
Shows Rollover Dates : YES

HELP!

Your account does have the "Eurex with Market Depth" exchange active.

Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to "SC Exchange Data" service. You should not change from this service. It does not help to use "SC Historical Data". If it appears that is the case, there is some other problem we need to help you with. Once again, there is no need to ever change to the SC Historical Data service. It makes no difference.

Refer to help topic 3 here:

This is the reason for the problem:
SC Exchange Data | Logon error from server : Limited to one connection per username for the requested data source. | 2015-10-19 14:53:26

More information about this is here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Connections

You can only use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed from one copy of Sierra Chart at a time, unless you pay for additional connections. We see you are also using CQG. Are you using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with CQG as well?

You can also get real-time data for EUREX symbols like FXZ15 in the CQG instance just by using the equivalent CQG symbols. Refer to this section here:

For long-term historical futures data, follow the instructions on the Continuous Futures Contract Charts page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html

First, perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps

If you still have a problem, let us know and we will give you the procedure to provide us the Message Log.
