Charts not loading.

Hello.

I use Sierra connected to Interactive Brokers Work Station but a few days ago all my stats charts (TICK, ADVANCE/DECLINE, etc) stopped loading. The screens shows a message saying Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until done. But after 10-15 minutes it goes away and the chart stays black.
I thought it was an IB issue but later on I connected ninja and everything went just fine.

This is the symbol i'm using right now and is the symbol I had always used before for tick: TICK-NYSE
I also have to mention that some of my equities charts like MSFT (symbol that used to work just fine) stopped working too and I had to change it for MSFT-STK-SMART/NASDAQ because Sierra said it was an invalid symbol but again, in ninja everything was ok.

The package I was using was the number 5 and now i'm using number 1 because i don't use all the other extra stuff anymore, could this be the problem?

For market statistics, you do need Sierra Chart service package 3. Refer to the instructions below to change the service package.

It is necessary when using Interactive Brokers to use the more detailed symbol specification like MSFT-STK-SMART/NASDAQ for some US stocks. This is an Interactive Brokers requirement.

If you do not have to do this with another program, it is because they are internally mapping it. This is the advantage of Sierra Chart is that you have full and clear control over the symbols being used.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted.
