Hello. I use Sierra connected to Interactive Brokers Work Station but a few days ago all my stats charts (TICK, ADVANCE/DECLINE, etc) stopped loading. The screens shows a message saying Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until done. But after 10-15 minutes it goes away and the chart stays black. I thought it was an IB issue but later on I connected ninja and everything went just fine. This is the symbol i'm using right now and is the symbol I had always used before for tick: TICK-NYSE I also have to mention that some of my equities charts like MSFT (symbol that used to work just fine) stopped working too and I had to change it for MSFT-STK-SMART/NASDAQ because Sierra said it was an invalid symbol but again, in ninja everything was ok. The package I was using was the number 5 and now i'm using number 1 because i don't use all the other extra stuff anymore, could this be the problem? Regards.
