New Charts keep on loading data

Hi, When I open a new chart it loads the data then it disappears and starts loading the data again. I am unable to stop it loading. I am unable to stabilize the chart. It has also started happening on some of my existing charts and I have had to delete them. |

We suspect you are running some custom studies, and there has been a memory corruption because they need to be recompiled for the current version of Sierra Chart. Normally this is not necessary, but there may have been some inadvertent change we made which requires this. We need the name of these custom studies and the developer. Please let us know. A few months ago I was running a custom study called = Compass Institutional-Levels. This was developed for Compass by a company called Pecunia This study still shows up in my custom study list but it was a subscription and I no longer subscribe to it so do not receive it or use it anymore |

I have just over 20 charts in my chartbook. They all have the same studies. The studies are all normal Sierra studies (not custom). At the moment 19 of the 20 charts are working. One of the charts keeps reloading when I click on it. I removed all the studies from that chart but it did not fix the problem. Any new charts I try to open also keep reloading.
