Hi Sierra Team, I am using TransAct/Infinity broker and data from you (35 + 3.25 mohtly). When I open $VIX chart I get historical chart loaded which is OK. The problem is that I would like the chart to be updated in real-time. When I change chart settings to intraday chart, nothing is loaded. The log says: Real-time Intraday chart data file updates started for $VIX | 2015-08-27 18:53:24 But I keep waiting and there is just black screen. I checked symbols here in your thread and you have the same symbol as transact: $VIX https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices#INDEX_CBOE I also tried this advise, but it seems to be irrelevant for my case because TransAct and Sierra have the same symbol for $VIX. http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.php#Symbol_Differences Do I really have $VIX included in the data package from you?
