Hello Support, At this time I am using the TS4 trading service. I am not using Sierras data. Can I temporarily disable that data feed for now ? Also, will my TS4 data be sufficient? Thank you |

What does TS4 stand for? We have no idea what that is. To disable the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures And Deactivate the data feed. Sorry correction. The CTS4 platform. I am currently using this platform which has a market datafeed. Can I deactivate the Sierra date feed without effecting data from the CTS4 platform ? I am trying to keep costs down while I am on the CTS4 temporarily. I do know how to deactivate. Thank you |

Yes you can definitely deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed because the CTS T4 trading platform service does provide market data.
