My toolbar does not show the digital readout of open, high, low, close, etc. for any given bar when the pointer is positioned on it. Could not seem to find answer in the help menu.
Please help.

As the post says, the Status Bar is gone.

Use one of the Tool Values Windows:

This not what I'm looking for. I use to get a toolbar that showed
a readout of open, high, low, close, etc as I put my pointer on a chart.
Now I get a square box with some of that information

This box interferes with drawing lines on a chart.

Is it possible to go back to the last older version that had a tool bar to
give me the open, high, low, close, etc

Had I known that the format for S.C. had changed I would not have renewed a week ago.
Is it possible to get a refund or go back to version 1269 ?

We are working on documentation to explain how to get an equivalent set up for viewing bar values like was viewed in the previous Status Bar.

It should be done in about 30 minutes. And we will post a link to it here. We recommend waiting.

If you would like a refund we can do that, but we request that you give the new functionality a chance because it is very good.

If you want to go back to 1269 use this link:

Ed,

I was pretty reluctant when I heard Sierra were changing it too but you get used to it and it does now have the advantage you can place it anywhere on any of your monitors.

I've attached a screen pic of where I keep mine at all times.

It becomes active whenever I left click inside a chart.
