What are the available means for Sierra Charts backup?
I saw where you could put Sierra Charts on USB memory stick. Meaning just copying C:\Sierra\Chart would be the backup.
Please advise.

I noticed that C:\SierraChart\Data is the largest directory by size. Can any of the files in this directory be omitted?

Yes. You can delete the Intraday data files you are not using. Refer to the instructions here:

I read the url that was referred but I believe my situation is a bit different. I have used two datafeed providers. Which I see filenames related to both datafeeds. For example:
Rithmic:
ESU5-CME.scid
IQFeed:
@ESU15.scid

I'm currently using the rithmic datafeed and will not need the IQfeed symbols.
What would be the best way to rid the IQfeed symbol files located in C:\SierraChart\Data?
