Charts not downloading ,Working

I have connected my Open E Cry data feed to Sierra. The green connection feed indicator in top right
is showing as connected
When I click on a symbol and download historical data it will download to that time but not keep updating the data and display a sign saying that "Symbol is unknown" The Open Historical Chart button will not download anything whereas the Open Intraday Chart will download the chart
Could you Please advise

I have confirmed with OEC that I am authorised . Could you please upgrade me to Package 3.
When downloading intra day data for a chart it will download the data up to that minute but wil not continue updating the data as time moves on.
Wold this be tied to historical data?

Hi Thank you fixing up the upgrade . However when I restarted the charts as requested it did not reconnect to OEC for data as had been happening before the restart

Sierra is now connecting to OEC however it is still only downloading historical data and giving a box saying "Symbol is Unknown"for the historical Data and downloading 2 minutes short of current time and then not updating.
I also note that OEC will only give me access to 5 symbols at a time.If I am trading Forex and Futures which live feeds should I subscribe to from Sierra and what would the monthly cost be.
Could you please advise how to proceed from here as this has been going on since the 31st July.

Regarding the charts not updating in real-time, provide a copy of the Message Log, by following these instructions:

Using the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed, you can receive real-time data for 100 symbols. It does not provide cash Forex data though. That data can continue to come from OEC. Here are the instructions to use the SC Exchange Data Feed:

The monthly cost will be 35 USD per month plus exchange fees. Typically users subscribe to the CME Group exchange for 3.25 USD per month.

The only problem that we are seeing with OEC is that you are not able to connect:

However, what we think has happened is that the Message Log was so long that it got cut off.

Restart Sierra Chart and open only one chart and then post a copy of the Message Log so we can see what the actual problem is. Please do not open any other charts.

That is not the relevant entitlement in this particular case. The entitlement is for the CME exchange and Forex. Not Sierra Chart.

Run the OEC Trader software and see if you can get real-time futures and Forex quotes.

Not sure what you mean by not the relevant entitlement. I have been trading off the OEC servers for the last 8 months using their platform (the white label programe FP Trader pro 3.5) with a paid subscription to real time Forex and Futures (CME)prices and as I type this am watching several different crosses. OEC tech support says that the account connection Maybe in setting up I have set something incorrectly.
